Makeup Spotlight: Etude House Fresh Cherry Tint in Cherry Pink

Hello Awesome Readers~

Are you a big fan of lip tints? If so, what are your favorite finds? Well, I am just starting out with this lip tint/ lip stain craze and I was able to score some good ones. You already saw my review about the Benetint one and now it's time to review yet another lip tint tint that Korean makeup brand lovers out there would surely love!

Behold the Etude House Fresh Cherry Tint in Cherry Pink! This is part of my first ever collective haul from Etude House and I can't wait to let you guys know my thoughts about this lip tint.

This was actually introduced to me by my friend Kristine and she really gave positive feedback about it so I might as well give this a try.

What is Etude House Fresh Cherry Tint (398php)?

This tint promotes moist and shiny cherry lips with a creamy, smooth texture. This actually comes in 2 or 3 other variants and if you are interested you can definitely check Etude House Stores near you.

Packaging:

PROS:
Simple yet cute packaging.
Light plastic bottle
Easy to keep in your purse
Locks in really tightly

CONS:
No ingredients or shelf life imprinted on the tube itself, it's only in the box which you will soon throw away and would definitely forget all about it.
The shade or the name imprinted at the bottom of the bottle is in Korean, soon enough you'll forget how this tint was named and you will only be left with the code PK001.
Plastic container might not be able to really secure the product for any contamination in the future.

Product:

PROS:
Really creamy!
Definitely won't spill even if you knock the bottle down.
Soaks on the lips once applied
Moisturizing
Doesn't make my lips dry even if I wear this alone
Really good smell! Smells like candy!
Stains the lips pretty well

CONS:
Needs to wait for few seconds (lang namn) before it completely stain your lips.

Pigmentation:

PRO:
Stains the lips well as mentioned above.

CONS:
Pigmentation can be improved especially on this particular shade. But maybe it was only because the color I picked was a bit too light against the natural color of my lips. But nonetheless, I can say this has good pigmentation

Longevity:

PRO:
Stays for a good amount of time even after drinking and eating
Doesn't fade easily even if you are fond of licking your lips.

Application:

PRO:
Traditional application using a doe foot applicator.

CON:
The doe foot can easily acquire bacteria over time so don't share using the same applicator.

Here are the swatches on my lips, before and after!

Here's the complete look!

CONCLUSION:

Etude House Fresh Cherry Tint in Cherry Pink is a good alternative lip tint in the market if you don't want to spend too much money on just a single lip tint. The feeling this product gives me is really promising! It's really creamy and i love it's smell! It's also avaible in few other shades that will surely fit your personality. This can be a great everyday lip tint to effortlessly give your lips a pop of color even if you are not a fan of wearing lipstick everyday. It's available nationwide, so you really won't have a hard time finding this

If I were to compare this over Benetint, this will surely be a winner when it comes to affordabilty and it can be atpar with high-end lip stains. Although i still really want the packaging to improve a little bit more, I can definitely say other than that, this lip tint is a great find!
