Few weeks from now Halloween will be here and it's time for Halloween makeup ideas/ tutorials again! Wohoo! I love Halloween but I am not the type that will get excited scaring people around just because it's Halloween. I can say that my kind of Halloween is generally about recreating anything cute or beautiful that will remind you of a particular character from a movie or show.
