Chinese New Year is coming so soon! Even though I have no Chinese blood running through my veins, i still think that this celebration plays an important role not only for Filipino - Chinese community but as people who a big fan of Chinese calendar and everything in between. ^_^

It was said that this year is the year for the Water Snake. According to my research, people who are born under the year of Water Snake are very insightful and powerful. They are quite motivated and intellectual and they are very determined to achieve success. As for the year itself, according to some Feng Shui experts this year is a year full of hope and renewal, but we have to be careful with our health.

In relation to this, I created a makeup look that was inspired by the amazing scales of a snake. Snakes are not really my favorite animal. I am actually scared of them, but I must admit that their skin are so cool and majestic. So in this look, I tried to recreate the scales of the snakes and incorporate it in the makeup look.
