Purple Lips for a Great Holiday Glam Look

Hello Awesome Readers~

I created a very unconventional yet still glamorous look for Holiday for you guys. This was inspired by this awesome Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm in the shade of Shameless. It was love at first swatch and I thank my sister for introducing this amazing product to me. 

 
For the Holiday/Party season, I decided to veer away from all the reds and greens for a little while to try something new. This look has an edgy feel to it without losing femininity.



Here’s how you can achieve this look.


EYES:
1. Use an eye primer (Urban Decay Primer Potion) to make your shadows last long.  
2. Taking in a creamy brown shadow (NYX Smokey Palette) apply it all over your lid as your base color.
3. To give dimension to the look, apply deep plum shadow (NYX Smokey Palette) to the outer crease and slowly bring it in in a blending motion.
4. For Highlight, use a semi-matte white shadow (NYX Smokey Palette) to the inner corners and to your brow bone.
5. Create a sexy cat eye using a black eye pencil (Miky@ji) and top it off with a matte black shadow to avoid creasing (NYX Smokey Palette).
6. Apply the same colors to the lower lashes.
7. Apply mascara (Benefits’ They’re Real Mascara) to the upper and lower lashes and apply false eyelashes too to make your look more dramatic.

FACE:
1. Apply a face primer (ELF Face Primer) to make your makeup lasts all day.
2. Conceal your under eye problems and imperfections. (Dollface Cocealer Palette)
3. Apply your favourite long lasting foundation. (Revlon Colorstay Foundation)
4. Seal the look with a matte powder foundation. (Maybelline  Matte Maker)

CHEEKS:
1. Using a bronzer and a peachy blush (ELF Contouring Blush and Bronzing Powder Duo) with tiny shimmers on it, apply it to the hallows and apples of the cheeks.

LIPS:
1. For the pop of color apply a flattering lipstick shade in purple (Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm in Shameless) to complete the look.
