Makeup Spotlight: EOS Lip Balm in Summer Fruit

Hello Awesome Readers~

Before I got into makeup and discovered the power of lip balms, I have seriously chappy lips. I blame it to the old habit of licking my lips once I felt it's drying - thought it would make the case better but turns out making it even worse!

With the continues search for ways how to prevent chappy dry lips, I discovered Chapsticks - my very first lip balm in history. I noticed how it made my lips feel better and look better but I hated the fact that it didn't have any tint to it. I then grew apart of using Chapsticks or lip balms per say.

Few years ago, this new innovation of lip balms came to my attention. It has been the most raved lip balm that moment that it will be impossible for you to miss it! And you know what I am talking about. It's the EOS lip balm. But unfortunately, during that time it wasn't available locally. Not until, I attended a makeup bazaar that I finally got my hands on it. Sweet Mint was my first ever EOS Lip Balm. ^^

I had it for awhile now and it's time to give another EOS a try. Meet EOS lip balm in Summer Fruit.


What is EOS lip balm? (250php)

According to EOS, EOS stands for Evolution of Smooth. EOS lip balm is 95% organic, 100% natural, and parabean and petrolatum free. Packed with antioxidant-rich vitamin E, soothing shea butter and jojoba oil, EOS keeps your lips moist, soft and sensationally smooth.

Unique packaging. I love the dome shaped packaging
It comes with a box where you can see the ingredients and expiration date
Cute colors
Easy to open and twist cap

CONS
Because of unique packaging it's hard to get all the products once you reached the bottom.
Bulky compared to other stick lip balm

Really smooth consistency
Hydrating and soothes the lips
Not sticky at all
The product will last you a long time
Smells so good especially the Sweet Mint flavor 
Variety of flavors to choose from

CONS:
Summer fruit flavor doesn't smell so good

Pigmentation:

Clear balm

Longevity

PROS:
Lasts quite a long time without eating
It kept my lips moisturized for hours

Super love the application. It's easy and it feels good!

CONCLUSION:

EOS lip balms in general is an amazing lip product. I found myself reaching out for this more than my Baby Lips balm from Maybelline. Aside for the appealing packaging, the product itself is really good for your lips for it contains vitamins and other ingredients that will make your lips soft and smooth. It won't make your lips looking too oily after each application. The yummy smell of these lip balms is always a plus factor. Wanna make me eat it! ^^ 
I highly recommend this lip balm to all lip lovers out there.
